Thoughts
We knew 'Johny' as Uncle Spiros, Jackie and I would go and visit him and Despoina quite regularly. It was always a pleasure to see them and hear all their stories about living in London and then coming back to Naxos. Despoina would always make us a lovely cup of English tea in bone china cups and always have a nice biscuit or piece of cake on offer. We used to take my Dad with us when he was over visiting. Uncle Spiros loved his garden so much and kept it beautiful. Not to mention all the animals that he had in his garden, especially the peacocks. It really was an outing for us when we went to visit. We will miss both Spiros and Despoina. We are pleased that they were able to spend some time in England with their daughters. God bless xx
